Belt and Caterpillar Type Haul-Offs

Elastomer covered belt hauloffs are used in order to safe extruders like soft hose and seal from deforming. These are hauloffs that can deliver high measurement sensitivity continuously with precise synchronization can be tuned up to 200 m/min extrusion speed.

System provides measurement precision metering via the encoder which is connected to the system. At the same time cutting signal is obtained by counter. With pneumatic and manual upper jaw compression profiles are extruded without being deformed. With servo motor propelled precise cutting knife coupled with belt hauloff, every hose and soft profiles can be cut in desired lengths.
